Return and Refund Policy

Elem' Arts Eco-responsible, the articles are printed at the customer's request and it is much better for our beautiful planet.

For T-shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, hooded dresses & tote bags:

One day to modify your order:

If you wish to make a request for cancellation, change of address or items, models or sizes. It is imperative to respect the 24-hour deadline before printing. After this period, the order will be processed in production.

14 days to change your mind:

The withdrawal period is applicable to all Elem' Arts items, upon receipt of your package.

Returned items must not show any signs of wear and must be returned with their label and in their original packaging.

Items will be refunded in full within 72 hours of receipt of the package.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded in this case, see Refund Policies.

Wrong or defective item:

We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

We will replace the item for you.

Manufacturing error during printing, design error, size error or item damaged during shipping, all requests must be reported within 30 days from the time of purchase in order to be eligible for a reprint .

We will process the exchange of the item as quickly as possible and depending on the case, a simple photo may be requested.

Return costs are fully refunded or, failing that, you will be offered a return label to print.

In the event of a dispute relating to an order, the applicable T&Cs are the General Conditions of Use in force on the date of the order.

 

For Fine Art prints:

Orders leave the printing workshop closest to the final destination, workshop in London and Düsseldorf. Customs fees may be added to handmade frames when delivery is within the European Union.


Canceling your order for Fine Art Prints

You may be able to cancel or change your order before we begin production of your goods and receive a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.

The right of cancellation does not apply in the event that production has already started.

To determine whether you are able to cancel or modify your order. We will let you know if the change is possible. If possible, we will keep you informed of any changes in the price of the goods.

Canceling your order If you seek to cancel your order for any reason set out below, the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any goods which have not been delivered.
For the following reasons :

1 - we have informed you of an upcoming change to the goods or these conditions which you do not accept.
2 - we have informed you of an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered and you do not wish to continue.
3 - there is a risk that the supply of goods may be significantly delayed due to events beyond our control.

We will pay the return costs:

1 - if the goods are defective.
2 - if you cancel your order because we have informed you of an upcoming change to the product or these conditions, an error in the price or description.
3 - in delivery due to events beyond our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.

In all other circumstances, you must pay the return shipping costs.


Refund/Replacement of prints.

We will offer a full refund or re-deliver replacement goods the next working day for the following reasons:

1 - the goods are damaged.
2 - the goods do not comply with the warranty.
3 - the goods do not correspond to the work.

Evidence to support the return. Any refund request in accordance with must be supported by the return of the damaged product and a valid receipt.


Return and replacement

France, Germany or United Kingdom, Depending on your place of residence and the reason for the return, the return address will be indicated to you by e-mail.

Your rights in the event of a defect. If a product has a defect or other problem that is our responsibility, we will request the return of the product (if possible) and if we accept responsibility:

1 - repair the defect and you deliver it again at no extra cost.
2 - reprint the image and deliver it to you at no additional cost.
3 - cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.

If the order is re-delivered to you, you will not be charged for additional reprinting and re-delivery costs.

If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund the price you paid for the goods, including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment.
