The great secret of life is to learn to live in harmony with the laws of nature and with respect.
Through evolution, species are biologically related and we should consider animals our cousins. They have a nervous system and brain functioning similar to ours in terms of pain perception. Their capacity to feel, to love and also to suffer is equal to that of man.
With a heavy heart, animals are exploited and suffer daily. More animals are exterminated than there were human deaths during all wars combined. Every year, 142 billion sentient beings are killed around the world to be eaten by humans. And yet another diet is possible.
We all have a part of sensitivity when faced with an animal in distress, we feel affection and attachment for our animals. By opening our hearts a little more and our understanding of the world, we know that the same is true for all species.
We share the same land, and we should reconsider their true place in our society. The right to life and respect for it should be inscribed on the tablets of law that govern our planet, it is up to us to bring about this change. If man is kind, the future will be Vegan.
